Enters Spanish Market
Will operate a manufacturing and marketing center in Spain at a million Euro investment
Memador expects the investment to return over 5 Million Euro in the next three years
Memador, a company specializing in the design and production of high-end digital albums, signed an agreement with Spanish DIMAF, to establish a factory for the manufacture of albums for the Spanish market. The cost of establishing the factory is estimated at 1 million Euro. DIMAF has been the formal distributor of Memador in Spain for the last two years. As part of this agreement, the center in Spain will also manufacture, which would reduce prices, provide local services and increase sales to the Spanish market.
Memador will receive royalties for all of DIMAF's sales in Spain. In addition, Memador will have the option of becoming an equal partner in the local production and marketing firm.
Alex Herman, CEO, Memador, sais, "This agreement is part of a wide strategic move to expand Memador's international marketing, along with the development of a chain of factories and franchises. We expect the new center to return over 5 million Euro in the next three years".
